How do I sign up?

icouturiers marketplace uses normal email ID sign up.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your password by clicking 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?' and then entering your email for the password reset link.

Do you allow guest checkout?

Yes. You can choose not to have an icouturiers marketplace account when making a purchase. However, you are strongly advised to do so. Any future purchases you make will be much faster and easier.

What is an invoice ID?

An invoice ID is a number generated for your reference after every single successful checkout. 

What is an order ID?

An order ID is assigned on a successful checkout to a particular seller you have bought products or services from along with an invoice ID.

What are Delivery options?

Delivery options are delivery methods defined by a seller. You can choose a convinient option to receive a product or a service you've ordered. Usually the delivery will have an added cost.

What are Pick-up options?

Pick-up options are seller defined locations that you can pick-up your order from. These options may have an added cost.

Will I be charged any fees for making a purchase?

You, as the customer or buyer, will not be charged any fees by icouturiers marketplace. However, you are responsible for all other charges and taxes (including shipping and customs) related to the purchase including and not limited to charges invoiced by the seller, freight forwarders or by the tax authorities.

How do I check my order status?

Simply hover the cursor over your profile to activate the drop down bar and click on 'PURCHASES'. This opens up your Purchase History page where you can access details of orders that you have placed.

How do I make a credit/debit card payment?

Click the shopping cart on the top menu bar. After selecting a product or a service that you want to checkout, fill in your delivery details which include your name, notification email, contact number and delivery address. If you have registered an account, these details should already be prepopulated for you. Next, review the order details before clicking 'PROCEED TO PAYMENT'. Check the payment details and click 'PAY NOW'. A pop up box would appear so that you can fill in your credit card details. Once the payment is done, you will be redirected back to icouturiers marketplace and community.

Are the credit/debit card payments safe?

icouturiers does not have access to your financial data and does not store it. Our PCI level 1 compliant partner - Stripe - handles your financial data securely; nobody can access it, not even us!

How do I know that my online payment is secure?

icouturiers uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which ensures that all connections on marketplace's server remain encrypted. This explains why the website address begins with 'https' instead of 'http'. Our website secured using a RapidSSL Wildcard Certificate. This ensures all information you send using our app will be encrypted. Please click the 'padlock' icon on the web browser for more details on the security certificate. Also, icouturiers does not have access to your financial data and does not store it. Our PCI level 1 compliant partner - Stripe - handles your financial data securely.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

A customer based in the EU has a 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not apply to custom-made products. If your order is customized, please contact the seller directly if you wish to have your order cancelled. It is at the seller's discretion to allow cancellation and issue a full or partial refund. Also, please note that the icouturiers transaction fee is charged to facilitate a sale and is non-refundable. In rare cases where a product or a service received are significantly different from the seller's description or the item has not been delivered, please see our Terms and Conditions or contact us at support@icouturiers.com.

I did not receive my order, what am I supposed to do?

If you have not received your order, you must contact the seller and/or carrier directly. They should address your concern and provide updates on the delivery of the item and tracking information. If you did not receive your tracking information from the seller, please contact them directly.

The product's or service's condition has significant discrepancies from what was stated in their description. Am I able to get a refund?

If there are any significant discrepancies in a product or a service, you should contact the seller directly. The seller will address your concern and offer a solution, for example offer a replacement or provide an alternative item. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by the seller, you can ask us to mediate at support@icouturiers.com.
As part of the mediation process, we will review information provided by both you and the seller about the item.  Please read Terms & Conditions for more information.

How do I become a seller?

Click on 'REGISTER / LOGIN' and complete the registration as a buyer. Then click on 'BECOME A SELLER' in the top menu bar and complete the registration as a seller. If you need assistance, please let us know at support@icouturiers.com.

How do I list a service or a product?

Click on 'REGISTER / LOGIN' and complete the registration as a buyer. Then click on 'BECOME A SELLER' in the top menu bar and complete the registration as a seller. Click on 'SELLER' drop down menu and choose 'ADD SERVICE'. Provide all the relevant details, click on 'SAVE' and your listing will be published. If you need help, please let us know at support@icouturiers.com.

Can I denote my product or service in another currency?

No, unfortunately not yet. The current default currency on icouturiers is EUR, and we do not accept any other currencies at this point in time. But we are working on it! Stay tuned!

Why can’t I login to my seller dashboard?

If you can’t login to your seller dashboard, it might be because you have frogotten your password. You can reset your password by using 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?' link. If password reset does not work, you may have been banned. You can raise a case by sending an email at support@icouturiers.com.

How do I edit information about my service or product?

Click on 'SELLER' drop down menu and choose 'YOUR SERVICES', choose the item you want to edit, and click on it. You will be redirected to your specific listing’s details page. From there, you may edit any details and click 'SAVE' when you are done.

Can I add several delivery addresses, delivery options and pick-up locations?

Yes, you can definitely do so.

If you add more than one delivery address during the sign up process as a buyer, you have the choice of selecting your preferred address during the checkout process when you purchase a product or a service from icouturiers.
If you add more than one delivery option and/or your pick-up location as a seller, your customer has the choice of selecting their preferred option when purchasing a product or a service from you.

You can always add more delivery options or pick-up locations in 'DELIVERY METHODS' located in your 'USER SETTINGS'. Alternatively, you can add new options whenever you are uploading new products or services onto icouturiers.

What is the purchasable button for?

If you want to temporarily remove a specific product or a service from the marketplace use the purchasable function. Once you switched the purchasable button to 'NO', your product or service will no longer be visible and searchable. And buyers will not be able to check out this product or service.

Why can’t I find the right category for my products or services?

If you can't find the right category for your products or services, don't worry! Just email us at support@icouturiers.com. We will review your request and add the category for you.

How do I keep track of my sales?

Click the 'DASHBOARD' tab in the seller menu to access your sales page. Here, you are able to view the total quantity and revenue earned for each product or service that you have sold.

How can I keep track of orders that I receive?

Click the 'BOOKINGS' tab on the seller menu to access your orders page. You are able to view the relevant details for each item order that you receive, including the Order ID, Invoice ID, Timestamp, Item, Quantity purchased. Click on any payment ID to dive into greater details.
Anytime you have completed a certain action to fulfill the order, you can change the order status by clicking on the drop down bar. In the event that you are fulfilling multiple orders at the same time, you can also mass update the order statuses. Simply check the boxes of the relevant orders and click on the 'Change Status' button.

What are different order statuses?

For pick up, the order statuses are Paid, Ready for pick-up, Completed and Refunded. For delivery, the order statuses are Paid, Delivered and Refunded.

Are there any subscription fees or listing fees on icouturiers marketplace?

If you are a seller, you will be charged a transaction fee for each transaction made and a  monthly subscription fee. The support and the subscription fees are used to improve the marketplace and make it efficient and convinient to use. There are no listing fees, so you can list as many items as your like for free. icouturiers does not charge any other fees. 

If you are a buyer, you do not pay any fees except for those agreed with the seller for a product or a service and for delivery. 

How do I receive my Payout/Payment?

Stripe will automatically credit any Payout/Payment directly to your Stripe account after every successful transaction. Stripe will transfer funds to your bank account based on the schedule listed on your dashboard. For example, 'Daily — 7 day rolling basis' would mean that charges processed on 1st March would be grouped together and deposited in your account on 8th March, and 'Weekly (Monday) — 2 business day rolling basis' would mean that charges processed before a given Thursday will be grouped together and deposited in your account on the following Monday. Your transfer schedule can be configured to simplify your accounting. We currently offer the option for funds to be transferred daily, weekly (on a custom day of the week), or monthly (on a custom day of the month). You can see all attempted transfers made by Stripe to your bank account in your dashboard.

Stripe states that a transfer has been submitted, but I have not received the money in my bank account yet. What is going on?

Stripe submits transfers every day, but most banks will only process the transfer on business days. This means that if Stripe sent you money on a holiday or a weekend, you will probably only receive the money in your bank account the next day when your bank is open. For transfers sent on business days, you should receive the money by the next day. If the transfer was submitted on a business day and you don’t receive the money in your bank account within a couple of days, this probably means that the transfer has failed. Banks take 3-5 business days to inform Stripe about transfers that failed to go through, at which time Stripe will e-mail you about the issue and how to fix it. Please coontact Stripe directly for more information on your personal situation.

What items are prohibited on icouturiers marketplace?

In addition to the prohibited items listed in paragraph 6.7 of Sellers Terms and Conditions, icouturiers requires all sellers and users to abide by the laws of the jurisdictions in which you are operating. If you are shipping items across international borders, we expect you to follow the local laws of both the exporting and the importing countries.
Therefore, even if an item is illegal in one country but legal in another, it would still be strictly prohibited in icouturiers. Furthermore, icouturiers does not allow any listing that through images or descriptions facilitate or promote illegal acts when applied under a specific context. We expect all users to only list items that are legal.

Why is my product or service deleted/banned?

If any product or service is proihibited by our Terms and Conditions, icouturiers reserves the right to delete/ban it to maintain a comfortable environment for all users. You can learn more by reading Terms and Conditions located in Legal area.

Is my personal data secure on icouturiers marketplace?

Yes, it absolutely is totally secure. icouturiers marketplace is GDPR compliant; and collects and retains strictly minimum of personal data only necessary for running day-to-day operations. We do not use any marketing cookies too to provide even more security and anonymity.
